All Laws that are minor or concerning the business of peasants are typically
handled by the Spire Militia’s Guards, fines collected and sentences made by their
superiors. Major Offenses are handled typically by the crown when it concerns upper class
and nobility. It is important to note that Nobility in the ages of the past typically always had the upper hand - Committing even a minor crime of slander could result in a typical citizen having their lives ruined by the law, being fined to oblivion and forced into debt, or imprisoned for a long time. All such “Offenses” are subject to being upped and lessened depending on social standing and the ability to defend oneself - Or Bribe.
